Garage Floor Tiles Uk is a trading name of Express Matting Services Limited. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully.

Overview

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods.
  • There is no restocking fee for standard returns.

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will issue a full refund including standard delivery charges within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage, whichever is earlier. We do not refund the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • In original, unused condition with no signs of fitting, cutting, washing, or alteration.
  • In original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a reduction to the refund amount if items are returned in a condition that is not consistent with the above requirements.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team before sending any goods back:

Once your return is authorised, we will provide you with a return authorisation number and return address. Please do not send goods back without prior authorisation, as we cannot guarantee they will be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you have received incorrect goods, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@garagefloortilesuk.co.uk with your order number and photographic evidence. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

For damaged or incorrect items, Garage Floor Tiles Uk will arrange collection at no cost to you and provide a full replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Items that have been cut, trimmed, or modified to size.
  • Bespoke or custom-made orders.
  • Items that have been laid, fitted, or installed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you by email confirming whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
