Shipping policy

Garage Floor Tiles UK is a trading name of Express Matting Services Limited. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, despatch, and deliver your orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 2:00pm GMT on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends and bank holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is submitted. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a further email with tracking information.

Delivery Timescales

Order Cutoff Time 2:00pm GMT (Monday–Friday)
Order Handling Time 1–2 business days
Estimated Delivery Time 3–6 business days from order date

Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. Garage Floor Tiles UK is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Charges

We offer free standard delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses. There are no delivery charges for standard mainland UK delivery.

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. If you require delivery to the Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland, or other non-mainland locations, please contact us before placing your order as additional charges and extended delivery times may apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been despatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your tracking information using the link in your despatch email.
  2. Allow an additional 2 business days, as deliveries can sometimes be delayed.
  3. If your order still has not arrived, contact us with your order number at sales@garagefloortilesuk.co.uk or call +44 1282 270214.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or you have received incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Email sales@garagefloortilesuk.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect goods. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Claims for damaged or incorrect goods made more than 24 hours after delivery may not be accepted.
